מפעיל אתרי *.zak.co.il רואה חשיבות רבה במתן שירות שוויוני לכלל הגולשים, ופועל להנגשת האתרים לאנשים עם מוגבלות, מתוך אמונה כי לכל אדם מגיעה הזכות לגלוש ולהשתמש בשירות באופן שוויוני, מכובד, עצמאי ובטוח. הצהרה זו נעשית ברוח ובמטרה לקיים את הוראות חוק שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות, התשנ"ח–1998, את תקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע"ג–2013, ואת תקן ישראלי ת"י 5568 לנגישות תכנים באינטרנט, המבוסס על הנחיות WCAG 2.1 הבינלאומיות.

אנו שואפים לעמוד ברמת נגישות WCAG 2.1 דרגה AA / ת"י 5568. הנגשת האתרים היא תהליך מתמשך, והאתרים נבדקים ומשופרים מעת לעת.
מה נעשה
האתרים בנויים בעיקר מטקסט מובנה ותמונות עם טקסט חלופי (ALT) מתאר.
התכנים מוגשים בצורה טקסטואלית התומכת בקוראי מסך ואינה מסתמכת על שמע או וידאו, כך שאין מדיה ללא כתוביות.
תבנית הבלוג כוללת קישור "דלג לתוכן" ותוויות ידידותיות לקוראי מסך, ותומכת בניווט באמצעות מקלדת.
מגבלות ידועות
אנו שקופים לגבי אזורים הנמצאים עדיין בתהליך הנגשה (יעד לסיום: 2026-12-31):
חלק משילובי ניגודיות הצבע בקישורים מסוימים מותאמים כדי לעמוד ביחס הניגודיות הנדרש בדרגה AA.
חלק מהדפים בעברית מתוקנים כך שיצהירו על שפה נכונה וכיוון קריאה מימין לשמאל.

What has been done
The websites are built primarily from structured text and images with descriptive alternative (ALT) text.
Content is delivered in a text-based form that is compatible with screen readers and does not rely on audio or video, so no un-captioned media is presented.
The blog theme provides a "skip to content" link and screen-reader-friendly labels; keyboard navigation is supported.
Known limitations
We are transparent about areas still being remediated (target completion: 2026-12-31):
Some colour-contrast combinations in certain links are being adjusted to meet the AA contrast ratio.
Some Hebrew-language pages are being corrected to declare the correct language and right-to-left reading direction.
