He came in to be a Minister of Finance when the world's economy was on the uprise, and rode on its coat-tails. In the mean time, he managed to single handedly increase the problem of a dispossessed class in Israel more than any other single person. He was not an "OK" PM by any stretch. In his time, Israel was in its worst shape both from the inside and from the outside, he brought us to the brink of war and to isolation from our traditional allies. Bibi is one of the worst things to happen to Israeli politics, and for my part, I hope that he would crawl back to selling funiture and leave my life alone. Not celebrating the Zionist congress? That's the worst of his transgression you can find? Even if you agree with his twisted ideology, how can you not be offended that he was engaged in petty theft? Remember the gifts fiasco? While, to our everlasting shame, he was not one of the primary figures to increase corruption in public life, he certainly did above and beyond the call of duty for the cause of corruption. I am worried for Israel if smart people do not yet realize what a disaster Bibi is, and what a danger to Israel he poses. (http://livejournal.com/users/moshez) Bibi has not rescued the Israeli economy.
